A generic drug is a copy that is the same as a brand name drug in dosage, safety, strength, how it is taken, quality, performance and intended use. Today, almost half of all prescriptions are filled with generic drugs.

2. Are generic drugs as safe as brand-name drugs?
Yes. FDA requires that all drugs be safe and effective. Since generics use the same active ingredients and are shown to work the same way in the body, they have the same risks and benefits as their brand-name counterparts.

Yes. FDA requires generic drugs to have the same quality, strength, purity and stability as brand-name drugs.

4. Do generic drugs take longer to work in the body?
No. Generic drugs work in the same way and in the same amount of time as brand name drugs.

5. If brand-name drugs and generics drugs have the same active ingredients, why do they look different?
In the United States, trademark laws do not allow a generic drug to look exactly like the brand-name drug. However, a generic drug must duplicate the active ingredient. Colors, flavors, and certain other inactive ingredients may be different.

6. Is a prescription required?
Yes. A valid prescription written by your U.S. physician licensed to practice medicine must be written before shipping. We are not able to transfer prescription from another pharmacy.

7. How much can I buy at a time?
You may purchase up to 90-day supply on each order. You may have additional refills if your doctor has ordered them. Remember that by having your doctor authorize as 3 refills at the time of completing your prescription form, you will save time in the future by not having to get your prescription re-authorized.

8. How do I send you the prescription form?
You may mail it to us at P.O. Box 308, Hallandale FL, 33008, or fax it to us at 954-454-4042. Your may fax or mail your prescriptions at the time.

9. Are there generics for all my drugs?
No. We have more than 1,000 available. If a generic does not exist, ask your doctor if he knows of an alternative drug that has a generic available.

10. Can I buy Valium, Tylenol 3 & other similar medications?
Yes, we have many generic controlled substances and narcotics available, but we will have to verify with your doctor any such medication prescribed.

11. How do I pay my order?
We only accept Visa or MasterCard.

12. Do you accept my insurance?
No. We do no accept insurance plans at this time. But you will be provided with a receipt for your order and you may try to submit it to your insurer. Many insurers do reimburse members for purchases bought from discount mail order stores.

13. How long does it take to get my order?
7-10 days. All orders are filled within 72 hours and shipped via US Mail.

14. Can I send back prescriptions I quit using?
No. Unfortunately, it’s not legal to send prescriptions back. Always make sure you plan to continue to take specific medication before you order.

15. Are there any additional charges?
Unlike many other companies, there is no charge for authorizing your prescription or filling your order. You only pay for shipping which is $7.95 for the total order. So if you buy a 3-month supply of 4 different prescriptions, your cost is less than $1 extra for each 30-day supply.
